POSHAN Return & Replacement Policy
At POSHAN, we take great care in ensuring that every product delivered to you meets our quality standards. Because POSHAN bars are consumable food products, returns are not accepted once the package has been delivered.
However, replacements or refunds may be provided in the following situations:
1 The product was damaged during delivery.
2 You received the wrong item.
3 The package arrived tampered or defective.
How to request a replacement:
1 Email us within 24 hours of delivery at nirvairbeyond@gmail.com.
2 Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3 Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.
Please note: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or
refund.
